Jewelry Returns
Due to the limited availability, all sales are final. You may cancel ONLY within 24 hours of initial purchase.
We work hard to ensure the quality of the jewelry and all items purchased from Akyre Style & Design. But we also understand that things happen and items can be defective.
If you receive a defective item please contact us within 5 days of arrival at [email protected]. If the item is defective, we will replace the item with a duplicate. But if the duplicate is not available at the time, we will replace it with one similar to the defective item.

If items show to be worn and/or damaged from excessive use through the buyers fault not Akyre, then the items will be ineligible for exchange.
Clothing Returns
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Akyre Style will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Akyre Style and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products move quickly, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. Credit will be issued when item/items has been received.
